Distributed by default
Most roles are remote-first. We default to async, document decisions, and meet in person two to three times a year for working sessions.
Clinicians at the table
Roughly half of our content and product team are licensed clinicians. We hire MSWs, LMFTs, BCBAs, psychologists, and nurses for senior roles — not just author roles.
